Just squeeze it open, clamp your favorite meat securely inside and smoke! Extra large removable hanger hook fits all sizes of Sausage Maker Smoker “V” Sticks. Two sets of ½” prongs minimize damage to meat while keeping it secured with the spring mechanism. Hanger Hook can be removed for additional clearance in tight spaces. Dishwasher Safe!

You should have spring loaded bacon hangers if for no other reason than you don’t have to wash smoker trays afterwards.
