Pepper & Onion Sausage Seasoning is incredibly versatile. The seasoning’s flavor profile not only works well with pork sausages but can be used in chicken sausages, turkey, roasted vegetables, meatloaf, rubs and marinades.

Recommended Casings
32-35mm hog or 22-24mm sheep
10 lb. Recipe
- 10 lb. boneless pork butt
- 1 pint of ice water
- 4 oz of seasoning
Instructions
- Grind meat through 3/16” plate (3 mm)
- Mix meats and all ingredients together
- Stuff into 32-35mm hog or 22-24mm sheep
- Keep in a refrigerator or freeze for later use
*Yield capacity depends on meat/fill density, size/lengths of links or loops and how tightly casings being filled.
