Our Hungarian Sausage Seasoning 2lbs 4oz is a traditional blend of spices which includes salt, black pepper, garlic and Hungarian Paprika. Generally mixed in with quality ground pork, stuffed into 35mm hog casings and smoked to a deep red perfection.
Our Hungarian Sausage Seasoning is made in small amounts in-house, without chemicals or anti-caking agents.
