How to Use
#10/12 Stainless Steel 3/4″ Grinder Plate with Hub makes an extremely coarse grind. Primarily used by meat processors. As a first grind for large amount of meat. Also used for very coarse ham sausages like Krakowska.
Maintenance
Hand wash plate with soap and water. Air or towel dry. We recommend dipping the plate into mineral oil to prevent rust.

The plate is a perfect fit on my meat grinder, but I am disappointed in the finish on the cutting side of the plate. mine was slightly dished instead of perfectly flat and had the same rough grinder marks visible on the hub side in the product photo. I need to use it this weekend, so spent an hour polishing out the grinder marks and removing the concave dish so that it will mate perfectly flat with the cutter blade.
