Our Gas Smoker Component Kits are usually made-to-order at our Buffalo, New York location. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
These are the same components we use for our commercial quality 100 lb capacity Gas Smokehouses with great success for over 30 years. We recommend using it for this size only, we are not responsible for their usage on smaller or larger dimensions.
Low voltage AGA (American Gas Association) approved. 31,300 BTU output. Shipped unassembled.

Professional Smoker on a budget. Bought this kit and was a little intimidated by the seemingly complex assembly. Came with everything to switch to propane and absolutely amazing. Follow the directions and you’ll be just fine. Definitely not a rush job and there are some tedious sections.

Do not buy this unless you can install yourself or know someone who can help you. It is not CSA approved. your local LP company will not install do to liability.
I bought the kit and built the smoker box but no one will look at it.
