You ordered the WRONG SHELF, and this is NOT listed under CURING CABINET PARTS, because we don’t have a page for them. You need to call me.

I was looking for a stainless shelf for my curing cabinet. I looked under the page for curing cabinet parts, it lists this one. I measured my cabinet and the dimensions would work. I received the shelf and it’s too big by 1/8″ too wide. I was told that the older cabinets were a bit narrower and to take a grinder and cut the side of the tray, or wedge it in. I finally received a response with a different tray number and was told I ordered the wrong one. I searched under other queries – Shelf , still didn’t get the so called correct one. I have just been given the run around and am now expected to eat the cost of shipping both ways for something that the company has posted as a part for the cabinet.
