#10/12 Stainless Steel 1/2″ Grinder Plate 420 Series heat treated Stainless Steel plate. Fits standard #10/12 Meat Grinders.

  • 2 3/4″ Diameter plate
  • 3/8″ Center hole
  • 5/16″ Plate thickness

How to Use
#10/12 Stainless Steel 1/2″ Grinder Plate makes a course grind that can be used to make Soppressata, ground beef for chili, stew meats and rustic Salami.

Maintenance
Hand wash plate with soap and water. Air or towel dry. We recommend dipping the plate into mineral oil to prevent rust.
