#22 Stainless Steel 1/2″ Grinder Plate with Hub. The hub makes it easy to attach and remove the grinding plate from the grinder, before and after the grind. Fits standard #22 Meat Grinders. The plate is not compatible with The Porkert Meat Grinder.

How to Use
#22 Stainless Steel 1/2″ Grinder Plate with Hub makes a course grind that can be used to make Soppressata, ground beef for chili, stew meats and rustic Salami.
Maintenance
Hand wash the plate with soap and water. Air or towel dry. We recommend dipping the plate into mineral oil to prevent rust.
