5 lb. Heavy Duty Sausage Stuffer offers the perfect balance of features and durability. The hardened steel gears enclosed in an aluminum housing offer an enhanced level of sanitation as well as keeping fingers out of harms way.  The stuffer has a plastic piston fitted with an O-ring and pressure release valve that offers consistent and steady feed rates for crafting high-quality links without air pockets.

A fully stainless cylinder and base make for easy cleanup and years of problem-free use. The stuffer’s simple and straightforward operation eliminates the frustrations associated with using a kitchen mixer stuffing attachment. A horn-type stuffer or a grinder fitted with stuffing tubes yields superior results right from the start. Great sausage stuffer for beginners, experts and those in-between.

    This stuffer is an absolute awesome machine. Easy to use, from filling,to stuffing, and cleaning. Extremely happy with purchase. I did buy a 1/2 inch stainless stuffing tube for snack sticks. I will be ordering the food grade grease, and cleaning brush for the stuffing tubes.
    Completely satisfied 100 percent. I will purchase more sausage maker products without hesitation.

    Stuffer is awesome. I’m a rookie that knows better than to buy substandard. I wasn’t disappointed.
    Anchored stuffer with C-clamp to table. Stuffed casings were tasty. I used apples, leeks, and hamburger(73%.27%) plus spices. I twisted the casings like a rookie. I’ve watched a few Youtube videos. I might be a PRO now.

    The 5 pound stuffer is easiest operating stuffer I have used. The previous stuffers I had, had plastic gears and could be hard cranking. The enclosed metal gears are definitely smoother operating.

    This stuffer makes sausage making a breeze! We have just got into sausage making so we shopped all around for the right stuffer. This 5lb stuffer seems very well made compared to the others we looked at. And the price was less! Worked like a dream and cleanup was easy. Stuffing the hog casing to make polish dogs was very smooth, even for an armature. Other stuffers we looked at advertised you could make snack sticks but you couldn’t even buy the small 1/2 stuffer tube that you need. Sausage Maker has everything!

    I ordered the 5lbs stuffer which seems pretty sturdy ( I have yet to use it). But the plastic stuffing tubes that came in the box arrived broken. I notified customer service and in two days I had received higher quality replacement tube in the mail.

    Says “made in USA” on website next to the item. When I received the item, box says “made in China”. Item looks good and looks like it will last forever
