Sausage Stuffer by The Sausage Maker: a newly retooled classic, made right here in Buffalo, NY using our original in-house designs, custom tooling and our own equipment.

This stuffer features a bold red-and-black powder-coated finish over heavy-gauge steel bar stock for unmatched strength and a confident retro look. Designed for safer handling, easier mounting, and better control, this is a serious tool for serious sausage makers, in a smaller 5 lb Capacity package. We’re confident you, or whoever uses our new Sausage Stuffer, will immediately notice, not just the color-popping look, but the tight-tolerances we use for the gears, handle, and every bend and weld of the product. We put a lot of effort and development into this new production and it was done with care, quality and product life in mind.

Built to perform for decades, it includes precision-cut steel gears, a double-threaded steel piston-rod for steady stuffing pressure, and a pressure release valve to help reduce air-pockets in your final product. The upright cylinder locks in tight, just set it back until the cylinder hits the supports front-to-back and side-to-side, this prevents shifting during operation by aligning cleanly with the piston to reduce O-ring wear and ensure an even flow of meat into your casings.
