How to Use
#8 Stainless Steel 1/4″ Grinder Plate is perfect for making Bratwurst, Salsiccia Fresca, Thuringer and Dry Chorizo.
Maintenance
Hand wash plate with soap and water. Air or towel dry. We recommend dipping the plate into mineral oil to prevent rust.

Order came quickly and appears all in good condition. Had to ask a question and the girl who called from sausage maker was very helpful. I have not used plates, blade or maintenance kit yet as spring is rolling in now. I do not anticipate any trouble.
