Ingredients: Sugar, Salt, Onion and Garlic Powder, Smoke Flavoring, Molasses Granules, Monosodium Glutamate, Spices (with Jalapeno), Paprika, Citric Acid, Spice Extractives, with no more than 2% Silicon Dioxide and Soybean Oil added as a processing aid.
Allergens: Soybean oil used as a mixing aid & MSG

The jerky seasoning itself is really good full of flavor. The only thing is the packaging, it would help those of us that only do a pound or two to put a chart that gives us a starting spot for maybe 1#,5# etc. of meat.
