Our Cajun Pepper Jerky Seasoning will give your jerky a nice, spicy kick. A classic blend of spices: white pepper, onion, garlic and cayenne pepper.

Feel free to smoke the jerky, dehydrate it or even cook it at a low temperature in your oven. Our Cajun Pepper Jerky Seasoning makes 20 lbs. of jerky.
