We all know when something is missing from a recipe. Itââ¬â¢s usually celery because most donââ¬â¢t like it nor eating the diced chunks. My family is no exception! I started using the celery flakes and WOW! My 2 gallons of homemade chicken noodle soup was the same but no celery chunks, just the flakes that melted in the soup as I cooked it. So much was gone over a 48 hour period I had none to freeze. Seriously! Tuna salad is a hit ONLY if I leave out the very finely diced celery. I made 4 large cans of tuna salad with the celery flakes (for subs) and had to open a few more cans for second subs. I was very happy with how much celery ââ¬Åflavorââ¬Â these flakes kicked out. And with them being a shelve able/pantry product there will be no more worrying if I have celery in the fridge come holidays.

I haven;t been able to use my celery flakes yet as there are not bean, barley or lentils in any store to make a soup mix for a Mason jar. But when I do cook something I will certainly use it, It looks good in the container so no problem there. Maybe my next stew I make I can. Only me here at home.; so don’t need that much. Just bored being stuck in place.

Very flavorful! Celery flakes have been hard to find in my area. I can get the seeds, salt and ground celery but not the flakes. This makes much better soups and stews. Very good product!

I like to use celery flakes because celery stalks go bad in the refrigerator so quickly that I waste more than I use, and the flakes are almost as tasty, and can sit on a shelf until used. Also, trying to find celery flakes in a grocery store can often be a chore: they either don’t carry them or they are out.
