Description

Dark Chili Powder is made specifically from ancho chilies and has a sweeter, smokier flavor and a deeper color than regular chili powder. The subtle fiery blend has a slow-burn heat that complements red meat dishes like braised short ribs. Ideal for the grill. It makes a delicious rub for beef, pork or chicken. It gives rich earthy flavor and deep color to Southwestern chili and Tex-Mex tacos.

    I’ve not tried the dark chili powder yet but since that order I placed another order for tex-mex chili powder and dill seed. The tracking number you sent me for these must have been wrong. I’ve tried USPS and it keeps telling me -no such number. These are coming to 136 Lavender Road-Ellenboro N.C. and no one lives there now but we still receive mail there. Would like to know when it will be delivered so I can go pick it up because of the rain. Any help will be appreciated!
