I make a lot of pork sausage to share with friends . I smoke it in 1&1/2 ” casings, I add 4 tbl. of Jalapeno (seeds removed) , 10 oz. of pepper cheese. It has a little kick to it , but everyone just loves it . thanks for a great product.
