I bought these with the intention of making Jalapeno & Cheese Summer Sausage and it came out perfect. I used 6lbs of deer w/ 4lbs of wild hog; 1lb of high temperature cheese; 1oz of these dried jalapenos. The end result is a delicious sausage w/ a good jalapeno taste that is not over powering.
