      So glad this kit was so comprehensive. Casings, liquid smoke, spices I feel like the only thing it didn’t come with was a butcher to help make it. All my friends are stoked to try what I will make.

      First time attempting snack sticks and this kit was the way to go. I used 80% venison and 20% pork butt. I made up the original and the Cajun and liked them both. Super simple. Can’t wait to try the remaining three flavors

      this kit makes it so simple to make great tasting snack sticks. Everyone I share them with just can”t seam to get enough. I make 10 lbs. at a time and it’s gone in a couple of days. Products this good make it hard to keep up with the demand of my family and friends. We are all very pleased with this product!!!!

      So far I’ve done the Uncle Abes and they turned out great. The box recipe does not say to add fat, but I used Elk meat and put 20% beef fat in it. I also used Hickory when I smoked it. The two to three hours in the smoker was plenty.
      Update: I’ve now made the hot and pepper sticks. They turned out good, however each was not that hot or peppery. If you like your snack sticks alittle more spicy I would suggest you add some heat to the hot and some pepper to the pepper sticks
