Description

Fish Brining Kit serves two purposes: One, it helps season the flesh, which improves flavor, and two, by partially dissolving muscle fibers to form a water-retaining gel, it helps prevent the protein from drying out.

• Insta Cure #1, 8 oz
• 2 – Stainless Steel “S” Hooks, 6″ x 8mm

 The Briner specifications:

• Turkey: up to  25 lb.
• Chicken: up to 4 whole birds
• Pork: shoulders, ribs and tenderloins
• Fish: large fillets or whole cleaned fish
• Can also be used for corned beef, sauerkraut and pickels
