Description

Fresh Collagen Casings 22mm is a popular size for making breakfast sausage. This casing is used for fresh sausage only. These casings are pleated into strands that can be unfurled and placed on  1/2″ stuffing tube.

Fresh collagen casings are thin and tender and virtually adhere to the meat after they are stuffed. Made from the hide of cattle, edible. Keep refrigerated.

      I ordered 22mm casings and was sent 19mm. Packing list said 22mm. They would not fit my stuffing horn.

      I was happy with the price. My only issue was that it took them 8 days to ship. It was actually cheaper to buy it from them directly than through Amazon, but they charge for shipping, so it was marginal. Want it faster, probably through Amazon, want to save 3 dollars, direct. But I did like that all the money went to them and not a middleman. I plan to order with them again knowing planning ahead with greater lead time.
