Sausagemaker is the only company I found in the USA that sells 64 mesh ground pepper. When it was possible to travel without Covid quarantine, I bought fine ground pepper in France and in Canada. But as time wore on and my supply was limited, I could not find a replacement that would ship to the USA. With diligent Internet searching, I found Sausagemaker. Normally, I wouldn’t buy pepper in a 1 lb quantity, but I was desperate for the product. I’m so happy to have a new supply. For health reasons, I gave up salt and then pepper became my go-to spice. The SausageMaker remains the go-to place for anyone in the home meat processing universe. However, where I can find a needed product offered elsewhere, that is where I am now going whenever possible. The reason is obvious. Sausagemaker charges shipping fees that are no longer reasonable or competitive in this modern era. Time to rethink that whole question, I’d say.
