I make a lot of jerky for friends and family and this spice is by far the most popular! I haven’t had anyone say that they didn’t like the flavor and the only complaint I have had is that it needs to be spicier. For those people I add in a few teaspoons of ghost pepper to the mix, and they love it, too.
