Our Hungarian Sausage Seasoning 2lbs 4oz is a traditional blend of spices which includes salt, black pepper, garlic and Hungarian Paprika. Generally mixed in with quality ground pork, stuffed into 35mm hog casings and smoked to a deep red perfection.
Our Hungarian Sausage Seasoning is made in small amounts in-house, without chemicals or anti-caking agents.

Because the Hungarian Sausage Seasoning 2lbs 4oz comes pre-blended, it saves you time and effort of mixing the ingredients themselves. No additional salt needed. Store in cool dry space.

Used this for the first time. I generally use my long time family recipe that goes back generations. It worked well and has a mild combination of spices. It has a nice red color and when smoked tastes great. In my personal opinion it could have more of a garlic flavor. I crushed garlic into the required water for a few days before adding to the meat. That did the trick.

I had an old Hungarian gentleman ask me if I could make him some smoked hungarian sausage. So I tried this mix with just a little extra kcik added (Cayenne).
He told me it was just like back home. The best he had had in some time.
