Feel free to smoke the jerky, dehydrate it, or even cook it at a low temperature in your oven. Contains enough Insta-Cure™ No. 1 to prepare 25 lbs. of jerky.

Uncle Abe’s Jerky Seasoning 
Ingredients: Hydrolized corn syrup & wheat gluten protein, salt, onion powder spice, with no more than 2% soybean oil aded as a processing aid.

Teriyaki Jerky Seasoning 
Ingredients: Sugar, Salt, Onion and Garlic Powder, Smoke Flavoring, Molasses Granules, Monosodium Glutamate, Spices (with Jalapeno), Paprika, Citric Acid, Spice Extractives, with no more than 2% Silicon Dioxide and Soybean Oil added as a processing aid.

Colorado Jerky Seasoning 
Ingredients: Salt, Sugar, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Monosodium Glutamate.

Cajun Pepper Jerky Seasoning 
Ingredients: Salt, dextrose, spices, onion and garlic powder, flavoring, sodium erythorbate, no more than 2% slicone dioxide added to prevent caking.

Barbecue Jerky Seasoning
Ingredients: Sugar, Salt, Onion and Garlic Powder, Smoke Flavoring, Molasses Granules, Monosodium Glutamate, Spices (with Jalapeno), Paprika, Citric Acid, Spice Extractives, with no more than 2% Silicon Dioxide and Soybean Oil added as a processing aid.

    I bought your assorted flavors jerky seasoning. I have tried the original flavor, and it is awesome. I’m looking forward to trying the other flavors, but when one packet does #5, it’s going to take a while. Excellent product and super fast shipping, what more could you ask for?

    If your on the fence about which flavor to try, get the assortment box!! I made every flavor and we were able to say without a doubt which ones we would be making on a regular base. All the flavors were good, just some more then others to our taste. Came not only with the flavor packets but what you need to cure the meat and maintain it’s freshness.
