Our Mahogany Collagen Casings 32mm are ideal size for making Chorizo, Andouille and Kielbasa sausages. These casings are pleated into strands that can be unfurled and placed on 1/2″ or 3/4″ stuffing tube.
These casings are made to be more durable to carry the weight of the meat when hanging on a smokehouse stick. Made from the hide of cattle, totally edible. Keep refrigerated.

I purchased two packs of the 32mm casing that were awful. I always buy sausage maker casing for kielbasa and the lot#032823 broke on all bends for the kielbasa. I luckily had another lot from a previous order that worked perfectly but this time I was super disappointed and am out the cost of the casing and the shipping.
