    In the past, I have tied roasts by hand. The was much better. It makes a beautiful product, it is quick and easy to use and expanded to make a perfect size roast for my family. I did not have a tyer, which would make it even easier, but I was able to stuff the netting without one, even with multiple pieces of meat.

    I use it to make turkey roast. I cook 8 turkeys for our Church. I boned them out, then net them. i can put 8 turkeys in two ovens. perfect.
