Description

Regency Cooking Twine with Holder & Cutter is a chef-grade, 16-ply cotton butcher’s twine. The cooking twine is made from heavy weight cotton to withstand all of your meat-prep and trussing needs.

Holder
Holder is made out of banana wood and has cutter for ease of use.

Length: 500 ft. Regency Cooking Twine is the replacement twine. 

Kitchen Use
Ideal for trussing turkey, forming roasts, soufflé collars, bacon-wrapped filets, curing and smoking meats, forming sausages as well as drying herbs; Endless uses from kitchen to garage to landscaping.

Everyday Use
Use the heavy weight cotton twine for bundling newspapers, tying shrubs; Craft uses like tags, bouquet ties, hanging pictures, tying dried flowers, fixing a kite string or decorative accent for books and vases

Food Grade Twine
Regency Cooking Twine with Holder & Cutter is oven safe, but keep away from flame. Intended for single use to avoid cross contamination. Holder is not oven safe.

Directions For Use
Unwind desired length. Lay twine over cutting blade and pull twine down until cut.

    If you’re going to purchase the twine then make sure you have the stand that you can get as well. No more contaminating the entire twine roll with the mounting spool! Very convenient, simple and looks good too.

    I was tired of discarding of bunch of twine because my hands were contaminated with protein juice and / or seasoning and wanted an easier way of regulating string and keeping the reel sanitary. The base is weighted well, works very well me and for family members to use as no instructions are needed.
