Honey Bacon Cure
Ingredients: Salt, Honey Powder, Sodium Nitrite (1.74%), Soybean oil used to aid in mixing process.
Maple Bacon Cure
Ingredients: Salt, Cane & Maple Sugars, Dextrose, Sodium Nitrite (0.75%), not more than 2% Propylene Glycol and Sodium Bicarbonate added to prevent caking.
Brown Sugar Bacon Cure
Salt, Brown Sugar, Sodium Nitrite (0.75%), not more than 2% Propylene Glycol and Sodium Bicarbonate added to prevent caking.
