Our Southern Style Pork Sausage seasoning is a great tasting blend with a little bit of heat. Seasoning contains paprika, salt, black and red pepper and spices. When smoked, the seasoning makes excellent snack sticks. Delicious for fresh breakfast sausages. Good choice for regular smoking, grilling, pan-frying, or even boiling.

This is a simple seasoning, not too many ingredients. The taste of the sausage is very similar to the bratwurst seasoned meat. It is therefore rather indistinguishable from the bratwurst.
