Have not tried this product yet, reason for average rating. Going to use in place of NFDM. Last couple snack stick I used NFDM still seemed to render out the fat making a dry stick. Hoping this will solve my issue without increasing the percentage ratio.

We use this soy product in our hotdogs as directed by the directions on the Sausage Maker Weiner seasoning. Gives it great texture and moisture.
