    I have used this for years for sausage and snack sticks, it works as stated.I ran out the last time I made snack sticks with sausage maker jalapeño snack stick mix and you could tell the difference in shrinkage with and without the concentrate, buy the way the jalapeño mix is a must try if you like your sticks a bit on the snappy side.

    Bought this to help for adhesion but love the effect it has on moisture retention. My salami sandwiches aren’t dry even though they are incredibly lean venison.
