Description
Spicy Garlic Burger Patty Mix, 12 oz. is favorite among Sausage Maker customers and is the perfect combination of garlic and heat. The sweet flavor of the garlic powder and the heat from the red pepper flakes makes an excellent rub for meats of all kinds as well as a wonderful seasoning for vegetables.
Burger Patty Seasoning
The seasoning works well with ground beef, chicken and turkey. We also have our Grill Master Seasoning, with a subtle sweet hickory smoke smell with a light peppery finish that mimics a charcoal taste.
Dry Rub or Marinade
Aside from being a burger patty mix, it can also be used as a dry or wet rub. It’s used to season meat and veggies, and proves a welcome addition in snacks like popcorn and roasted nuts. Spicy Garlic Burger Patty Mix is extremely versatile whether sprinkled into a simmering dish, coated into a crust, or mixed through a marinade. The seasoning disperses well in liquids, which makes it an ideal choice for marinades. It can even be used to get brighter flavors in low-sodium dishes.
Don’t need the 12 oz? We also a offer our 5 oz Roasted Garlic Sausage Seasoning. Same flavor profile, but smaller package.

Quick and easy to spice up plain beef or turkey. I love the flavor it gives to the meat. Not to strong and over powering but with a little heat.
